I believe that if we could attain it easily, we would all want six pack abs. I weigh in at around a hundred ninety pounds and I am five foot, ten-inches tall, so I appear to be in decent shape under clothes. The other important reality of achieving six pack abs is of course exercise but they need to be the right type of exercises. Cardiovascular, or also known as aerobic, exercises will burn the most fat resulting in a lean body with great muscle tone. Cardio exercises come are exercises such as weightlifting or resistance training. These exercise routines will need to be performed at least three to four times during the week for the results to show.
Aerobic exercises will be any form of exercise that raises a person’s heart rate for twenty to thirty minutes during a workout session. Other exercises to choose from include walking, swimming, jogging, biking or aerobic classes offered at a fitness center.
It is through building lean muscle mass that the fat on the body will melt away. Muscles burn the calories in the body even after exercise is done with for the day. Three pounds of muscle will burn the same amount of calories that jogging for one mile could. Exercising the total body is necessary since the body loses fat off the stomach last. You can waste a lot of time and money with many abs and weight loss books. Hundreds of books all have the same information and it is really hard to find a book that is truly worth spending the money on. There was only one book I read when someone I trust recommended it and even when I read it I remained skeptical.
Just a few months ago a friend of mind invited me to tread The Truth About Six Pack Abs and I let it sit around the house for two weeks. Finally I decided to read it and I can’t wait to tell you about my conclusions. It is one of the best abs books I’ve come across in a long time and it’s probably the best I’ve ever read.

I highly recommend this book because it is an excellent way to complement your abs training with completely reliable information from a professional trainer. All your questions are answered in a safe way. The book gives you a perfectly structured and effective guide that covers all the necessary angles.
Women can benefit from this book as well. As the author says, all can benefit from strengthening their abs and it doesn’t mean you will get big muscles. Weight lifting and strength training aren’t the same thing, but you can use the routines in the book to help you keep your stomach toned and firm.
