You need to visit the doctor for frequent check ups who may then advise you to do mild exercises after a few months so that there is no excessive accumulation of adipose tissue. Bariatric surgery is not the miracle that one thrust upon to get rid of obesity, even after the surgery you need to follow a healthy diet routine along with some mild exercises as prescribed by the doctor.
