I believe that if we could attain it easily, we would all want six pack abs. I weigh in at around a hundred ninety pounds and I am five foot, ten-inches tall, so I appear to be in decent shape under clothes. I seem healthy enough and have a body that leans on the side of muscular, if you know what I mean. My problem area is my stomach, I just can’t change it. My exercise routine is to work out twice a week now. I used to travel to the gym on a regular basis for my work out sessions, changed that recently because of the cost of gas going up and up and also transportation issues that are a whole other matter. Anyway, I exercise now in my own home to stay fit and active, but no matter how much I do in stomach crunches or sit ups I still have a problem with my stomach area. I can not show any muscle tone coming through my abdominal wall.
