Belly fat can be easily shed if a person will follow the custom eating habits. And if a person is following the exercise programs with the proper diet plan then he can lose his belly fat at more rapid rate. 1. This point describes the exercise which can be performed to get the flat abs. lie on your back at an angle of 45 degrees. The breath in deeper manner and push out the air in natural manner so that stomach muscles get affected. Then again exhale and squeeze the muscles of the stomach to the spine and make your muscles flexible side by side. There should be no force and pressure on the abs muscles.
2. The best way to get the flat abs is to master the technique of breathing. That is why breathing is considered to be the best way to get a flat stomach. It has been noticed that while doing the abs exercise most of the people are not breathing in a correct manner and hence the results obtained by them are not effective. Also there are many people who are not performing the sit-ups in the proper manner. As a result, the abs muscles will stick out. This is because the breathing exercise is not properly performed during the sit-ups.
3. Another thing which has to be taken care of is never to place the hands on the stomach while breathing. If you are placing the hand on the stomach then this means that you are forcing the air to come out of body in an artificial manner by pushing the stomach to your spine. Never assist the muscles of the spine while performing the abs exercise. These muscles must be worked in a natural manner.

Overweigh problem is growing with the growing number of days. Apart from obsessive eating habit, there are many other reason due to which overweight problem is increasing. It may also be due to excessive consumption of fast food and irregular habit of having food. Whatever may be the reason, but you don’t worry as I am going to tell you how to manage weight loss.
Make sure you will strictly follow the Do’s and Don’ts that I am going to tell you.
1- Use low fat foods and avoid foods enrich with fat: you will have to stop the consumption of foods rich in fat. It means, avoid use of dairy products such as cheese, milk, Ghee and butter and so on. These foods carry lost of fat which leads to obesity.
2- Minimize the consumption of junk food: all the junk foods are easy to prepare but they are hard to digest. These foods contribute to indigestion and other health problems that ultimately contribute to obesity.
3- Avoid milkshake: sometimes it has been that people use milkshake or chocolate shake thinking it to be a health drink. These types of shakes are not a best choice as they carry ingredients lead to obesity. Actually they provide more calories than a common people needs.
4- Use oats in your diet: oats are one the best way to get fibers which helps to reduce your hunger for food. Further more, it also helps to lower down the cholesterol level in your body and helps to maintain the blood pressure in your body.
5- Add vegetable and fruits in your diet: there are many vegetable and fruits those are good source of fibers. Such kind of foods helps make you feel fuller for long time and stop you from gravitating to kitchen to satisfy your hunger.
6- Join exercise program: it is said the sometimes people gain their weight for not doing exercise. Therefore, you have to be very cautious about exercise. There are many exercise programs to cure obesity. You can choose anyone of them. Most probably, health practitioners suggest running to cure overweight problem. Running session may be a very interesting, if you do running by listening to music.
7- Take lot of water: most of the time people ignore using water as they thing water to be an inconsequential thing to cure obesity. But you don’t do this!! Water is a very important natural product that helps to loss extra weight by flushing out toxin from your body.
