4. Some elements in supplements act as diuretics and reduce water volume from your body in the name of weight loss. You all of sudden become weak, and pale. They may claim it as weight loss, but this is nothing but a dangerous condition of your body where your body is deprived of sufficient water content.
5. Most of them are not FDA approved which is again a serious matter and you may harm your body instead.
